Each year, the Leadership and Diversity Chair recruits the best minds in business from diverse academic backgrounds, nationalities, and ethnicities to work with L'Oréal to tackle several challenging problems through intercultural collaboration and empirical action. This year, the students will be working with L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division (CPD) to tackle some big challenges in emerging markets:
How can beauty products be developed to address the diverse needs of local markets, moving beyond a one-size-fits-all approach?
How can brand content be adapted to ensure cultural relevance and authentic representation across different regions?
What strategies can enhance e-commerce accessibility, ensuring an inclusive shopping experience for all consumers, including those with disabilities?
How can the Stand-Up initiative be effectively localized to combat street harassment while respecting cultural specificities in different countries?
We are excited to thoughtfully explore how Diversity and Inclusion can drive innovation for CPD in emerging markets. This will be another challenging and inspiring program!
