The Leadership and Diversity Chair is supported by L'Oréal and is a think tank which promotes exchanges between researchers, business leaders and students in order to develop innovative perspectives and new approaches to leadership and diversity through the creation and diffusion of knowledge (savoir), skills (savoir-faire), and attitudes (savoir-être).
The commitment by L'Oréal to support this Chair reflects their engagement in encouraging awareness of diversity and inclusion issues and in developing new perspectives and initiatives.
The Chair's key activity areas include the development and production of academic research and case studies, the organization of conferences, and a teaching program of 6 months for ESSEC students including a seminar series and projects in cooperation with our partner.
