2020-2021

This year, once again, the L&D chair is open to students of diverse academic backgrounds, nationalities, and preferences. In reaction to the Black Lives Matter movement, students of the chair will be tackling the issue of systemic racism from five perspectives: Colorism, Recruitment, Internal Culture, Minority Leadership, and Minority Entrepreneurship with a focus on the United States and France. With a lack of quantitative information in France and the complexity of this issue both socially and historically, it will be a challenging topic for students. Despite the inconvenience of connection during the lockdown, students have been working enthusiastically on the perspective of their choice.

The students will deliver their projects to L'Oréal in June.
