2014-2015

The students worked on the theme “The importance of focusing on social and ethnic diversity in our workforce: A global perspective”. The objective was to generate ideas for the diversification of recruitment pools and to enable qualified talent from underprivileged communities to access work. Five groups worked on gathering information concerning social and ethnic diversity in five regional zones around the world in order to come up with suggestions for reaching and attracting talent from social and ethnic diversity in the countries studied. A brief summary of their work is presented in this booklet for each of the countries studied.
