Each year, the Leadership and Diversity Chair proposes group projects that are suggested by partner firms. Chair students have worked on 35 such projects since 2007 on topics that address gender inequality, social and ethnic diversity, the inclusion of people with disabilities, diversity in marketing, comparative studies of student expectations, and diversity in recruitment. T
he selected students are given the necessary inputs and training (through workshops) to contribute to the objectives of the Chair. They are then judged on their performances throughout the chair seminars and more importantly, during the final project that they are to complete to validate the Chair.
